Coco Week 9

Coco is the size of a green olive. I find this somewhat disturbing since I HATE olives of any kind...Maybe I could say Coco is the size of a grape. That's a little less disgusting! Coco is starting to look more like a baby and less like an alien creature, and is officially/technically a fetus, and no longer an embryo! Coco's tail is gone, and has ears, eyes, and teeth forming. Coco's heart is divided into 4 chambers and the valves are starting to grow. The organs, muscles, and nerves are all gearing up to work on their own too.

I am feeling more "pregnant" this week than ever before. So far, the nausea has toned down a bit (only striking when I am very hungry or too hot), and I have not yet thrown up. I hope things stay that way! Every time I cough or sneeze, I feel pain from the stretching muscles in my abdomen. Things are definitely changing!
I'm happy to report that I am still down 6 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I thought I would gain weight like crazy. I guess I'll just feel like I've gained weight for now!
