Stupid things make me happy right now.
1) Cupcakes.
2) Baby kicks
3) Baby dresser that's arriving today
4) Finding out Target has a massive baby sale in October (and then logging onto my registry and seeing nearly everything on sale NOW---that made me a little sad since I was planning for October instead)
5) Reading that baby clothes tend to be on major clearance in January and February.
6) Scheduling our hospital tour
7) Picking a pediatrician (though I'd still like to meet him)
8) Being gifted a new front door (now to pick one out and have it installed)
9) Getting a no parking sign by my driveway (even though they are putting it in a weird spot, which will mean we can't park near our house anymore, but at least I'll be able to get out of my own driveway)
10) My friend was okay after crashing her car. (Generally, phone calls that wake me up in the night or early in the morning--not that 8am is that early-- are very bad news).
11) My free sling came in the mail yesterday. Now I need to find out if it fits, and also figured I could use it for a pattern for more if I want more or want a bigger or smaller one.
12) It's raining.
