Update #4

I could be more creative in titling these updates, but why bother? The realtor said he hopes to hear of at least some progress mid to late this week. He also says that once we get the final acceptance, we could theoretically close 4 days later, if we got our inspection done the next day and our title was done in two days. That makes me a bit more optimistic that we'll get to close by the Nov. 30 tax credit deadline! We're still hoping for sooner, because we know we need to do some work before we get in the house, and we don't want to push it to the deadline when everyone is trying to close at the same time!
