Blood Pressure

It's been a LONG time since I thought about my blood pressure. Later this week, I go in to see my doctor. A year ago he told me to keep monitoring my blood pressure (I was six weeks out from delivery and still having trouble with my blood pressure). I monitored it for about a week, then got busy with Cole, and since it had been okay, I stopped checking it. Since I go see Dr. T. later this week, I wanted to check it just to have an idea of what it's been. I'd been sitting on the couch for about 2 hours, reading and pinning things on Pinterest, so it's definitely a resting rate. Turns out, I probably should have been checking it more frequently. It is most certainly high. I seriously thought my blood pressure was only going to be an issue again when I decide to get pregnant. I am not too excited to find it's still high over a year later!
