Weight: 16 lbs.
Height: 27ish inches
Head circumference: ?
Teeth: two bottom front teeth and I think a few more on the way
What he can do: Cole can sit up unsupported for up to 5 minutes. He can roll both ways, but is too content laying there to do it often. He also scoots a little, and does circles in his crib. He is learning his low voice, and to do it, he tucks his chin to his chest. It's hilarious! He grabs toys and can switch hands. He almost always has his hands in his mouth. He will put his paci back in his mouth too. He thinks he is super funny and adorable...and he's right!
Eats: Cole has a bowl of cereal mixed with fruit for breakfast and a half jar of veggies at lunch (sometimes a little more), and fruit mixed with cereal for dinner, plus about 5 6-7 oz bottles. He gets SO mad when his food is gone! We also tried a few puffs this week. He liked them enough, but just wasn't quite ready for them.
Sleep: Cole usually sleeps 12 hours at night, then wakes to eat, goes back down for a nap, then takes 2-3 short naps in the afternoon. I am trying to make his morning nap shorter and his afternoon nap longer.
Books: Cole loves when I read to him. His favorites right now are Goodnight Moon, Sheep in a Jeep, and Baby's First Animals. We also read Tacky the Penguin and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.
Toys/Games: Cole is liking his jumperoo and exersaucer the most, and thinks it's so much fun to play with his crinkly book on a blanket on the floor. We are probably going to get a foam play mat to make the floor a little more "Cole friendly". He LOVES to watch Glee with me and gets antsy in between the songs.
Clothes: Cole is mostly in 6 month clothes. He still fits in his 3 month onesies, but also sometimes wears 9 month sleepers. It really depends on if he's wearing a double stuffed cloth diaper, a regular cloth diaper, or Pampers. His summer clothes are almost all 6-9 and 9 month, so when it has been hot, he's been in bigger clothes, but when it was cold again the beginning of the week, we hauled out some of the older clothes again, which are 3-6 and 6 months. He is in a size 2 shoe.
